-When entering a contest that requires you send an e-mail, please ensure the subject of your e-mail is the subject required to enter the contest. If your subject is not what the contest requires, your e-mail may be unread.

-Please ensure that all work, whether be art, or a story, is yours. If we find out that the work you submitted was copied off of the Internet, this will result in automatic disqualification from the contest that you entered with it, and future contests, either temporarily, or permanently.

-For e-mail contests, please be fair and enter only once. IP Addresses are monitored to ensure that there is no cheating. Breaking this rule may result in automatic disqualification from future contests, either temporarily, or permanently. The same applies for raffles. 

-Do not forget to give your own in-game Character Name. DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR REAL INFORMATION!! REAL NAMES, AGE, WIZARD/PIRATE ACCOUNT INFORMATION & LOCATION INFO IS FORBIDDEN. WE DO NOT WANT TO KNOW.

-Lastly, if you are under the age of 13, ask your Parent or Guardian for permission to join the contests as well as to email your entries. All information that is emailed will be deleted once the contests are over. We do not keep any email address or send out spam.

-Any prizes that includes posting the entry in the SotS Social Threads will be sent to the Winner's SotS Inbox. You must be an Member there and it is free to join. You will not get any Email Spam and all information is confidential. If you are under 13 years old, ask your parents for permission to join. Please do NOT post Real Life Information as your Member Info, please only use in-game references.
